My  mission with PassKey Strategies is to help entrepreneurs experience breakthrough results by becoming problem solvers for their ideal customers, creating niche solutions that solve those problems and attracts the right customers,  and dominating the niche by developing loyalty and referral business.

I honed my market strategy, sales, business development, leadership, and ‘go-to-market’ skills with over 25 years of successful business and management experience in technology and service firms ranging from start-ups to Fortune-level.  In these roles, I was responsible for defining market strategies, developing solutions and getting them to market profitably, P & L, sales and channel development, and team leadership.  I successfully improved product – and service-line revenues and profitability in every instance.

Some traits that I bring to bear are the ability to think and act strategically, the mindset to not settle for thinking ‘out of the box’ when you can define and create your own box, the experience to know that big enterprise strategies and tactics aren’t always effective for the small business, insight to know that assumptions without validation can be killers, loyal customers are the key to long-term success, and always follow your dream.

Ruthanne Warnick brings 30 years of leadership, managerial and customer relations experience to her role with PassKey Strategies. Her skills and knowledge have been developed in the small business, corporate and volunteer non-profit arenas. Working in this wide range of environments has provided Ruthanne with opportunities to engage, service and support clients, develop and deliver leadership workshops and educational programs, and train hundreds of volunteer leaders. She strongly believes in the value of customer loyalty and teaches small business owners and non-profit organizations how to build relationships and develop loyal customers, clients, donors and members.
